With this system a credit card is required to schedule appointments, however will not be charged until the time of your visit or if any late cancellation/no show fees apply.

If this is your first time logging in to the patient portal, please click on the ‘Set Password’ button to set your initial password. A link will be sent to this email that will allow you to create a password and then sign on to the portal.
The portal will provide you access to your appointments, treatment plans, billing and packages and more! This system will prove to be user-friendly, offer more features, and meet the needs of our growing business.
