Table of Contents
A menopause specialist in Orlando is a clinician with advanced training in perimenopause and menopause who evaluates your hormones, symptoms, body composition, and skin together instead of separately. At Boutiq Medical Clinic, that care is delivered through the Radiance Revival Method™, a personalized program led by a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

This personalized program addresses the primary drivers of midlife change, declining hormones and shifting body composition, to support how you feel and how you look at the same time.
By bringing together hormone-informed medical care, nutrition, body composition, and advanced aesthetics, the Radiance Revival Method™ treats perimenopause and menopause as one connected picture. The result is a written, personalized plan built on your laboratory findings rather than on guesswork.
At Boutiq Medical Clinic, menopause-certified medical care and advanced aesthetic technology are delivered under one roof. Located in Orlando, we proudly serve patients from Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, and Lake Mary, and throughout Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties.
You Are Not Losing Yourself. You Are Entering a New Chapter.
Perimenopause and menopause can change more than your hormones. Your sleep. Your energy. Your metabolism. Your skin. Your mood. Your confidence. The way your body feels. Even the way you see yourself in the mirror.
And somewhere along the way, you may find yourself wondering: “Why don't I feel like myself anymore?”
The Radiance Revival Method™ was created for women who are ready for a different approach. A personalized, science-backed method that looks beyond the surface to understand what is changing within, then builds a thoughtful plan to support your hormones, health, skin, body, and overall well-being.
Because aging well is not about becoming a younger version of yourself. It is about becoming the most vibrant version of who you are now.
- Feel better. Look radiant. Live fully.
- Your next chapter deserves more than symptom management.

Meet Your Menopause Specialist in Orlando: Karen Buckalew, MN, APRN-C, MSCP
Your care is led by Karen Buckalew, MN, APRN-C, MSCP, founder of Boutiq Medical Clinic and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years in healthcare and over 13 years in aesthetic medicine.
Karen is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, a credential earned by clinicians who demonstrate competency in midlife women's health through a formal certification examination. It is the reason she is able to look at your hormones, metabolism, pelvic health, and skin as one connected picture instead of four separate complaints.
Credentials and training:
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)
- Master of Nursing, Florida State University
- American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery certification
- Preceptorship with Dr. Patrick Bitter Jr. for BBL HERO and mJOULE systems
- More than 13 years as an advanced injector and aesthetic trainer
- Former cardiac nurse in a progressive care unit
Very few clinics in Orlando bring menopause-certified medical care and advanced aesthetic technology under one roof. That combination is what makes the Radiance Revival Method™ possible.

What Is the Radiance Revival Method™?
The Radiance Revival Method™ is a structured, personalized program for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Instead of treating one symptom at a time, it brings together four areas of care that are usually handled by four different providers:
- Hormone-informed medical care, including comprehensive laboratory evaluation and prescription hormone therapy when medically appropriate
- Whole-body wellness, including nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and a personalized supplement protocol
- Body composition, measured objectively rather than estimated
- Skin health and advanced aesthetics, for the visible changes that accompany declining estrogen
Every pathway begins with the same question: what is actually changing inside your body? Your symptom assessment, your laboratory results, your body composition, and your personal goals are then combined into your Radiance Roadmap™, a written plan that tells you what to do, in what order, and why.
The method is offered in three pathways so you can start where you are. Not sure which one fits? Book your Strategy Session and we will recommend the right pathway for you.

Signs You May Need a Menopause Specialist in Orlando
You may be here because…
Fatigue That Sleep Does Not Fix
You wake up tired, even after a full night of sleep. Perimenopausal fatigue is one of the most commonly dismissed symptoms of midlife, and it is rarely caused by one thing on its own. Sleep architecture, thyroid function, iron status, cortisol, and declining progesterone can all contribute, which is why it is evaluated rather than guessed at.
Changes in Metabolism and Body Composition
Your body responds differently to food, exercise, and stress. Weight settles around your midsection in a way it never did before, and muscle becomes harder to keep. This is measurable, which is why we assess it with InBody body composition analysis instead of a bathroom scale.
Skin That Feels Thinner, Drier, or Less Resilient
Estrogen supports collagen production in the skin. As levels decline, skin can become noticeably thinner and drier over a relatively short period, and it no longer recovers the way it used to. Skin changes in menopause are hormonal before they are cosmetic, which is why we address both.
Visible Changes in Your Face and Features
You notice changes in your face that were not there before: less volume through the midface, softer definition along the jawline, a different texture. These are the changes that respond best when skin treatment is timed alongside internal support rather than pursued on its own.
Pelvic Floor and Intimate Health Changes
Leaking when you laugh, cough, or exercise. Urgency that is new. Dryness or discomfort. Pelvic tissue and pelvic floor muscles depend on estrogen, and these changes are common, hormonal, and treatable.
Shifts in Sleep, Mood, Focus, and Confidence
Anxiety that feels unfamiliar. Difficulty concentrating. Waking at three in the morning for no clear reason. Estrogen receptors are present in the brain, which is why sleep, mood, and menopause brain fog so often arrive together.
Being Told That This Is Just Aging
You are doing all of the right things and still do not feel like yourself. You have been told to wait it out. If any of this sounds familiar, you are exactly where you should be.
This is not about turning back the clock. It is about moving forward differently. You do not need to look 30, erase every line, or apologize for getting older. You deserve to feel strong in your body, clear in your mind, comfortable in your skin, and confident in the mirror. The Radiance Revival Method™ is designed to help you understand your body, support your health, enhance your natural beauty, and approach midlife with intention instead of fear.
The Three Radiance Revival Pathways
Every pathway includes a comprehensive evaluation and a written plan. What changes is how much support and treatment comes with it.
RESTORE. Clarity Replaces Confusion.
Understand why you feel different.
RESTORE is designed for the woman who wants answers and a written plan before moving into treatment.
REVITALIZE. Feel Supported, Balanced, and More Like Yourself Again.
Find the why. Create the plan. Move forward.
REVITALIZE is designed for the woman who wants active hormone and metabolic support with ongoing management.
RADIATE. Reclaim Your Vitality.
The complete six-month Radiance Revival experience.
RADIATE is curated for the woman who wants the most comprehensive six-month experience, including hormones, body composition, skin, and aesthetics coordinated together.
Radiance Essentials
Designed for the woman who already has her hormone care established and wants personalized guidance around supplementation, nutrition, lifestyle, skin health and healthy aging.
If you decide you would like a more comprehensive laboratory evaluation (82 biomarkers) or ongoing hormone management with Boutiq Medical Clinic, you may transition into the appropriate Radiance Revival Pathway.
Book EssentialsWhy Choose Boutiq Medical Clinic for Menopause and Perimenopause Care in Orlando
Most women in midlife end up assembling their own care team: one provider for hormones, another for weight, a third for skin, a fourth for pelvic health. Each one addresses a piece. No one looks at the whole.
Boutiq Medical Clinic was built differently. As a menopause specialist in Orlando, Karen Buckalew holds both the medical credentials to manage hormone therapy and the aesthetic training to deliver advanced skin and body treatments, in the same clinic, on the same plan.
A Menopause Society Certified Practitioner leads every plan.
Medical and aesthetic care are delivered under one roof, so your BBL HERO or Emface sequencing accounts for your hormone status, not only your calendar.
Laboratory testing is included in your program rather than billed as an afterthought.
Body composition is measured objectively at baseline and again at follow-up.
Boutiq is an independent clinic on Virginia Drive in Orlando with more than 100 patient reviews.
Care continues between visits through secure portal messaging and monthly follow-up visits.

Which Pathway Is Right for You?
Start with what you want most.
- Answers first, then a plan: RESTORE.
- Treatment and ongoing support: REVITALIZE.
- Everything coordinated for you over six months: RADIATE.
You do not need to decide alone. Every pathway begins with a Strategy Session, where we review your goals and recommend the right starting point.
What Your Radiance Roadmap™ Looks Like
Every woman is different. Your plan should be too.
Your Radiance Roadmap™ brings your symptoms, laboratory findings, body composition, lifestyle, skin health, and personal goals together into a single, individualized strategy for your next chapter. It is a written document, not a conversation you have to remember.
Your Roadmap sets out:
- What your laboratory results actually mean for you
- Which hormones, if any, are appropriate to address and how
- Your supplement protocol, and why each item is on it
- Nutrition and lifestyle priorities, in order of impact
- Which aesthetic treatments are recommended, in what sequence, and at what point in your program
- What is measured, and when it is measured again
Understand. Restore. Revitalize. Radiate.
Your Radiance Revival Journey, Step by Step

Step 1. Your Advanced Symptom Assessment
Before anything is measured in a laboratory, we map what you are actually experiencing. The advanced symptom assessment scores sleep, energy, mood, cognition, libido, cycle changes, and physical symptoms, so nothing is left to a rushed conversation. It also gives us a baseline to compare against later.
Step 2. Your Comprehensive Hormone and Wellness Laboratory Evaluation
Your lab requisition is emailed to you once your order is placed, and you complete your comprehensive lab work at a designated facility at your convenience. We order a comprehensive hormone panel to get precise, data-driven insights into your body's unique needs, and the panel looks beyond reproductive hormones alone, because perimenopausal symptoms frequently have more than one driver. Your laboratory testing is included in the program investment, and follow-up testing is ordered when it is clinically indicated.
Step 3. Your InBody Body Composition Analysis
In-person patients receive a complimentary InBody body composition analysis. Unlike a scale, InBody separates muscle, fat, and water, and shows where fat is distributed. In midlife this distinction matters: losing weight and losing muscle are not the same outcome, and only one of them is the goal.
Step 4. Your Consultation and Your Radiance Roadmap
Approximately two weeks after your blood work, you meet with Karen for a full consultation. You will go through your results line by line, understand what is driving your symptoms, and leave with your Radiance Roadmap™: a written, prioritized plan built around your findings and your goals.
Step 5. Ongoing Care, Monitoring, and Adjustment
On the REVITALIZE and RADIATE pathways, care continues after your Roadmap. Hormone therapy is initiated when medically appropriate, your plan is adjusted as your body responds, and aesthetic treatments are sequenced at the point in your program where they will do the most good.
Safety, Candidacy, and What to Expect
The Radiance Revival Method™ is intended for women in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause who want a coordinated approach to their health. Prescription hormone therapy is not appropriate for everyone. It is not recommended for individuals with a known history of certain hormone-sensitive cancers, such as breast or uterine cancer, or those with a history of blood clots or stroke, and it is only offered after your history, laboratory findings, and personal risk factors have been reviewed.
Some patients are referred for additional evaluation before treatment begins, and some are best served by nutrition, supplementation, sleep, and body composition work alone. Individual results vary and no outcome can be guaranteed. Your options, along with their benefits and risks, are discussed in full at your consultation before anything is prescribed.
